Use the support portal for anything you need tracked: a map that failed to process, a localization result you cannot explain, an account or billing question, or a bug in an SDK. Include your map code or object code, the SDK and version you are on, and the approximate time of the request, so the team can find it in the logs.

Tickets are the best route for account-specific problems, since the portal keeps the history in one place and you can attach scans, query images, and logs.
